How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?

Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Yes, Team of trained professionals would be deployed for services along with Best in class Equipment and Liquid material

What all not included in Deep cleaning services?

a. Cleaning of Wardrobes b. Cleaning of Cabinets in Kitchen area c. Wet wall wash d. Any cleaning which may affect the Tiles and cement extraction

Would there be any survey done prior giving final quote and service assurance?

Yes, our Technician would visit your Home & Office to conduct a detailed survey first post which he would submit quote and service parameters.

What if there is no technician service availed post booking? How much would I have to pay?

In a scenario where the professional has checked the AC and you don’t want to go ahead with the service, you will be required to pay the visit charge on actuals.

Is their any cost if the Technician called for any service check?

Visit charge would be applicable minimum i.e. Rs.250/- and any additional work carried would be charges extra on actuals.

Is there any other way to calculate the price if I want to hire professional for long durations?

If the professional is needed for longer duration such as for a day, you can talk to our customer support department about the same. In this case, we will provide you with a details and customized quotation.

Do you carry out both residential and industrial work?

Yes, we offer services to both Residential and Office space including Single service, Add-on and even Annual Maintenance charge services.

What can home deep cleaning do that my maid can’t?

Home deep cleaning includes everything that a standard cleaning by a house maid will not. For starters, the equipment and the number of people involved in the process are more. A manual cleaning would usually just involve sweeping the floor, dusting and perhaps cleaning the ceiling fans grudgingly. Home deep cleaning includes cleaning of Floor, Wall, Electric fixtures through use of Latest equipment, best of cleaning liquid and trained professional.

What does home deep cleaning not include?

Our service does not include: Cleaning of utensils, Wet wall wash, Kitchen Cabinet cleaning, extraction of cement within tiles.

Are your products pet friendly?

The products used by our professional deep cleaners are of the highest grade in the market and are safe for pets as well.
